He is known for showing up an hour early to work and staying two hours after, making sure the brand is on track and represented at all times.

The 09/10 Sims Artist Series snowboards, men's Protocol and women's Heiress, were designed by Denver artist Jason Thielke. Thielke’s work is linear, layered, dynamic and multi-media in nature. It encompasses both contemporary and traditional techniques much like the architectural design of today. Thielke’s drawings communicate the artist’s interest in behavioral juxtaposition within individuals. This topic is shown throughout the works by combining flowing curves to represent natural beauty and hard straight lines to represent intentional thought. Thielke earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Northern Illinois University School of Art. His work has been featured in galleries and art fairs throughout world. Dummer Hurtles 200 ft.

At the recent Sims photo shoot there was a moment of panic from the team when Erich Dummer took a wrong turn in the Silverton backcountry and fell off of a 200 ft. cliff. Luckily his ass broke the fall as he landed twice on the sharp rocks on his way down before coming to a stop. After a trip to the hospital it was determined that amazingly nothing was broken but he had some serious bruising for months to follow. We are glad Dummer is ok!

Sims rider Colin Langlois and his beautiful bride Amy got married earlier this month in Oregon. All of the wedding guests signed a custom Sims board with an image of the happy couple on the top sheet. Colin may not be killing it with the ladies anymore but he still shreds the hell out of a snowboard.
